Available Rental Equipment
Welcome! Below you’ll find all of the equipment currently available for rental through the Southeast Kansas Baptist Association (SEKBA).
📦Browse the options below and take note of what best fits your event or outreach needs. Whether you're planning a church picnic, youth night, VBS, or a community event, we’ve got resources to help make it a success!
📝 You’ll select your items when you fill out the Rental Request Form, so feel free to look through the options here first.
Things to Keep in Mind:
📅 Standard Rental Period: 3 days. Additional days = 10% more per day.
🔄 Items must be picked up and returned during your scheduled 4-hour time slots.
💸 $50 late fee applies if items are not returned on time.
💸 $20 cleaning fee applies for each item that is returned uncleaned.
🛠️ You’ll get a link to instructions for each item you rent.
🧼 Equipment must be returned clean and in working condition.
Our party event items are available for rent by churches and organizations. They are not available for rent by individuals or businesses. SEKBA reserves the right to deny rental requests.
